Members must be 18 years of age or older and agree to these terms and conditions upon joining.
Membership registration and start date
Please register using your smartphone.
However, "room upgrades" and "smart check-in" are not available on the day of arrival.
This will be applied from your next visit.
Criteria for calculating points
- ・This offer is only valid for reservations made directly by the person using the service.
- Please inform the reservation staff that you are a member when making your reservation.
- - If two or more members use the service, the charge will be added to the charge per person or divided proportionally.
For overnight stays
- Points will be awarded for accommodations booked by the member and those booked by the member. However, for accompanying guests, points will only be awarded if the reservation is made on the same basis as the member's and the member made the payment.
- - Weddings and conferences involving overnight stays are not included.
- - Points will only be awarded for reservations made by phone or through our website.
For food and drink
- Points will only be awarded when the service is used by a member.
- Points will be added at each restaurant.
- The following facilities within the building are eligible for point accumulation: [La Ceres, Isogyo, Tensho, Shiosai, Yuho, Grand Prix, Karaoke Bar ZOO, Lo Roll, Gift Shop, Valenza Po, Taikantei]
The following cases will be excluded from earning points:
- - For reservations made through travel agencies (including online booking sites).
- • Taxes and reimbursements (cigarettes, telephone bills, photographs, geisha/companion services, massage, etc.)
- ・For weddings, separate arrangements apply, so food and beverages are not included.
Regarding revisions or abolitions of member benefits, etc.
